BiRDMAN (or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) is a black comedy that tells the story of an actor (Michael Keaton) famous for portraying an iconic superhero – as he struggles to mount a Broadway play. Its not all spandex as it has plenty of serious(and funny) moments that fans of the directors other films it will appeal to a wider audience.

BiRDMAN (or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) also stars Emma Stone, Zach Galifianakis, Edward Norton, Andrea Riseborough, Amy Ryan, and Naomi Watts, film flies into a UK cinema near you from 1st January 2015.
