Your never too old to make a decent movie as for Arnold Schwarzenegger the quality may come into question however most times you can’t fault the entertainment value like his next film Sabotage. Directed by End Of Watch director David Ayer the new red band trailer shows Arnie can still drop the f-bombs as much as he can masterfully use a gun.
Sabotage sees Schwarzenegger as head of a DEA task force whom he leads a team into a drug cartel ‘safe house’ only to find out some mysterious assassin is taking out each of his team one by one, but who?
Not trying to be a spoiler merchant here, the film’s title suggests, it’s an inside job the assassin is one of the team. Sabotage looks a solid straight up b-movie thriller, no frills, a little generic, graphic you can sign us up for the ride which looks fun. You either love him or hate him and with an assembled cast behind this one, Arnie toning things down a little (but cranking up the bodycount and blood) Sabotage may prove the old dog still has some life in hm for a little while longer.
Sabotage is not out in the UK until 9th May but American cinephiles can catch the film alot sooner on 28th March, film stars Olivia Williams, Mireille Enos, Sam Worthington, Harold Perrineau, Terrence Howard, Joe Manganiello, Max Martini, and Josh Holloway.
In “Sabotage”, Arnold Schwarzenegger leads an elite DEA task force that takes on the world’s deadliest drug cartels. When the team successfully executes a high-stakes raid on a cartel safe house, they think their work is done – until, one-by-one, the team members mysteriously start to be eliminated. As the body count rises, everyone is a suspect.
