‘Ultimate’ Ending In Sight For The Paranormal Activity Franchise

When the fifth film of the Paranormal Activity arrived in UK cinemas, Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones critically there was as much enthusiasm winning a £1 on a lottery scratch card, flat. The story maybe a separate from the main films eventually the ending ties into the original film franchise teasing us on a possible premise for Paranormal Activity 5. The film had it’s moments still cliched but most of all it’s far better than PA4 but what’s next on the agenda ?

We all know all good things (& bad) will come to an end and Paranormal Activity franchise will end but when? The Marked Ones director Christopher Landon has revealed  and ending is in sight. He didn’t comment exactly when it’ll happen but he,  Oren Peli and Jason Blum have come up with the ‘ultimate ending’ for the franchise.

We’ve always been looking ahead,I’ll say this much. There is a very specific end goal and I’m hoping we have enough time in the franchise to get there. We have a really big idea that’s at the finish line, but we need time to get there. So we’re hoping the fans keep coming back and allow us to get them there.”

Like it or not there’s still film sequels to be made and Paranormal Activity 5 is coming 24th October (UK) maybe then the end line might just be a little clearer. The film may have only opened to a disappointing $18million for the type of budget this film gets its still a decent return , so any ideas on what the ‘endgame’ might be for PA?
