Directed and starring Ben Stiller as Walter a Life Magazine employee who dreams big ,too shy to ask a pretty co-worker out (Kristen Wiig) and now faces his greatest adventure when his company announces a downsize is on the way. Will Walter succeed in that adventure and ask the girl out?
The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty since it’s debut via festival circuit the reaction has been mixed then the trailers where released some considered them to be spoilerish. This 6 minute clip you may see as spoilerish too as it reveals many of the films points but reading around the internet it’s not as spoilerish as first believed.If your not aware this film is based on a 1947 Danny Kaye film and certainly gives you a 6 minutes of why this film is more than a ticket seller, visually beautiful looking perfect escapism over Christmas.

Synopsis
In his secret life, Walter Mitty (Ben Stiller) dreams big… really, really big. There’s no challenge beyond his grasp, be it climbing a massive glacier or rescuing a senior citizen from an exploding building. When he’s not daydreaming, the not-so-secret life of Walter Mitty is the opposite of his heroic alter-ego’s; he’s just an everyday guy facing imminent career downsizing, who’s too timid to ask out his pretty co-worker (Kristen Wiig). But when Walter faces his ultimate real-world test, he springs into action on a global adventure exceeding anything even he could have dreamed of.
