It was obvious that Marvel’s premier X-team would have a big presence at Comic-Con  with upcoming X-Men:Days Future Past. Following a sneak peek at what fans can expect and today’s promotion in the form of 2 posters  which show off the time travel element of the film.

After the dreadful X-Men:First Class posters it’s great to see the first posters of the mutant sequel are living up to the expectations we expect from the franchise. The posters reveal the films main characters Charles Xavier part James McAvoy /  part Patrick Stewart and the same for Magneto part Michael Fassbender / part Ian McKellan a mash up of young/old character.

X-men: Days Future Past see Xavier’s brightest find themselves trapped in an alternate world where mutants are hunted captured even killed by senitel-xmenthe Sentinels the giant robots owned by Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage). Xavier and Magneto combine their powers to send back Wolverine in time to locate the younger X-Men (even Brotherhood of Evil) and change the future for good.

The mechanical soldiers Sentinels are one of those main attractions for this story along with the time travelling element. They are a scourge on the x-universe on the comic book side so it’s always curious to see how close to see what they look like and at Comic-Con fans got a glimpse of the robots be it only the head, check out the image below.
