21 And Over marks the directorial debut for The Hangover writers Jon Lucas and Scott Moore and its obvious Hollywood is not finished with this sub-genre especially not we have a film with every age group and gender. The mythical 21 years old is about the only legible especially with the senior citizens getting their moment end of the year with Last Vegas, the age you legally become an adult is the only logical choice left to exploit. With the directors experience in the genre it does look like they have delivered a solid addition a to genre whose last few entries have been nothing but terrible. However it does look like 21 And Over does look like it has a funny bone in its dna as well as a lot of heart at least until the the first round of drinks are downed and party like its 1999 again!

Synopsis:
Straight-A college student Jeff Chang has always done what’s expected of him. But when his two best friends Casey and Miller surprise him with a visit for his 21st birthday, he decides to do the unexpected for a change, even though his critical medical school interview is early the next morning. What was supposed to be one beer becomes one night of chaos, over indulgence and utter debauchery in this outrageous comedy.
