Bachelorette ‘Blows’ In New Red Band Trailer

When a film that’s inspired by the likes of The Hangover, Bridesmaids and boasts a reputation more vulgar than the latter film mentioned you have to see the red band trailer and Bachelorette has red band trailer! When you look back at Bridesmaids the dialogue was vulgar and the drama was even funny, with Bachelorette  attempts to blow the vulgarity levels to an all time high involving Wedding dresses, semen and openly joking about their sex lives.Starring Kirsten Dunst, Lizzy Caplan, Isla Fisher and Rebel Wilson Bachelorette follows the story of 3 best friend (Dunst, Caplan, Fisher) who are invited to act as Bridesmaids for Becky (Wilson) a very unpopular girl they called ‘pigface’ at school. The four girls all head out on the town for the bachelorette party which spirals out of control.

If anything Bachelorette to me is coming across more like Superbad than Bridesmaids. The new trailer does provide more new footage as well as selling the film a lot better than the green band trailer from last month plus with the bridesmaids all hating Becky your not actually seeing the true picture and how much they really hate Becky which is good as what we’re hearing some of the best jokes are when the trio are angry.

Still No U.K & Ireland date has been confirmed however USA the film will first appear on VOD August 10th, then a cinema release September 7th. Bachelorette also stars James Marsden and Adam Scott with Will Ferrell, Adam McKay (Anchorman) producing and Leslye Headland directing.

On the night before an old friend’s wedding, three frisky bridesmaids go searching for a little fun but find much more than they bargained for. With lovely Becky (Rebel Wilson) set to marry her handsome sweetheart, Dale (Hayes MacArthur), the remaining members of her high school clique reunite for one last bachelorette bacchanal in the Big Apple. Regan (Kirsten Dunst) is an overachieving, ueber-Maid of Honor who’s secretly smarting over the fact that she’s not the first to marry, while Gena (Lizzy Caplan) is a whip-smart sarcastic who’s actually a closet romantic, and Katie (Isla Fisher) is a ditzy beauty who loves the good life. But when Becky insists on keeping the bachelorette party tame, the women proceed with an after-hours celebration of their own.
