After last year’s disappointing The Hangover 2 the talk was already on the third film but where could the Wolfpack go for the third and final outing? One thing we know it’s going to be party town, Mexico, Cancun? No Tijuana!
According to Toronto Sun will take place on the Mexican resort however the gang will spend sometime in Los Angeles as well as the place all the mayhem kicked in, Las Vegas with Todd Phillips promising something a lot more darker. Start of this year we’ve known that Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, Ed Helms, and Justin Bartha are all returning for one last time with the story based around the Wolfpack breaking out their friend alan (Galifianakis) from a mental insitutuion before heading to the city of angels then sin city before hoping south of the border. It’s certainly a change of direction from the previous films and with this been the last film how far will they go?
As for Tijuana unfortunately been from the other side of the atlantic we only really know about Cancun but reading about the resort from American/Canadian based sites Tijuana is a ‘sin city’ party destination for those rich middle class kids from Stateside so its up there with Las Vegas and Bangkok on wild party levels. No alot to go on for now on The Hangover Part III but filming is due to start late Summer around mid-late September but as we get closer to the filming date, I’m sure Warner Bros will reveal more. Craig Mazin who wrote the script for part 2 has written a draft for film 3 here’s hoping he doesn’t fall into the same pitfalls as the previous film, yes we loved the humour from film one so we do expect some of that film however Phillips has promised “a new templete and a new idea” here’s hoping the Wolfpack will go out in style, The Hangover Part 3 will arrive May 24th 2013.
