New Images For Nicholas Stoller FIVE YEAR ENGAGEMENT

2012 is turning out to be a busy year for Jason Segel with The Muppets out in cinemas now, next month we have The Duplass Brothers Jeff Who Lives At Home and on June 22nd we’ll have FIVE YEAR ENGAGEMENT. This new romantic comedy is directed by longtime friend and fellow The Muppets, Forgetting Sarah Marshall Nicholas Stoller whom he share writing duties with, it is also produced by Judd Apatow.

The film follows the tribulations of a prolonged engagement following the couples relationship as they get closer to the big day something crops up delaying that day a little longer. If you enjoyed the brand of comedy seen in Forgetting Sarah Marshall even Get him to the greek this one will go down a treat but remember Judd Apatow been one of the producers don’t be shock to see some saucy bits thrown in too.The pretty Emily Blunt plays the bride in waiting  with Chris Pratt, Alison Brie, Jacki Weaver and Rhys Ifans making up the rest of the cast.

2012 certainly looking Jason Segel’s big breakout year with Jeff Who Lives At Home plus this one Five Year Engagement both getting positive feedback from recent screenings of the films which is great news for cinephiles! He might not be making or starring in future Muppets projects but Jason Segel is turning out to be a actor and writer to look out for in the future.

FIVE YEAR ENGAGEMENT will be arriving in UK&Ireland June 22nd or April27th USA.
