Bel Ami, a thrilling new period drama starring Robert Pattinson, Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas and Christina Ricci will grace UK cinema screens on March 9th and Studiocanal have sent us the first official artwork for the film!
Bel Ami marks Twilight star Robert Pattinson’s first post Twilight Saga role, like Daniel Radcliffe with The Woman In Black it’s his first true test but like both actors we have the feeling both will do well. Looking at The actors previous work this looks like his first serious role from a classic novel from Guy de Maupassant (1885) as he plays George Duroy a penniless soldier who manipulates the women of Paris by bedding them to rise up the Social ladder .
So is Bel Ami The Dangerous Liason’s of 21st Century on evidence of the trailer it does look so and you can find out your self on March 9th when the film is released in UK&Ireland.
