In a cinematic era of anything goes its no surprise when toys and boardgames of our childhood are now the makings of upcoming films. Some of the toys connected to films are just plain stupid and that was I thought of this with this movie BATTLESHIP and sadly still think making this is stupid idea. If you despised the recent Transformers movie, Pearl Harbour mixed with Battle LA, I’m going to sit on the fence for this one. After watching this trailer dont be surprised if Peter Berg goes for The Transformers 4 job, he’s shown the movie’s sex appeal (how many times did that cameraman focus on Brooklyn Decker’s cleveage?) and spaceships sound & move like the autobots, visually it looks the same!
BATTLESHIP will be out in UK& Ireland April/May 2012 starring Taylor Kitsch, Liam Neeson, Brooklyn Deker, Alexander Skarsgård, Josh Pence, Rihanna, Jesse Plemons, Peter MacNicol, Tadanobu Asano.

Berg directs this epic action-adventure also produced by Brian Goldner and Bennett Schneir of Hasbro (the Transformers franchise), along with Scott Stuber (Couples Retreat), Sarah Aubrey (The Kingdom) and Duncan Henderson (Master and Commander).
