The first full trailer is here for David Fincher’s THE SOCIAL NETWORK and has been released by Columbia Pictures (via Yahoo). We’ve had the few teasers in form of audio as well as pictorial and now its the real mccoy so are you still raring to see this? or has it sunk in yet they’ve made a movie about a social website?
Its David Fincher that keeps me interested in this movie, I’m not one of the minions that let Facebook rule there lives (sometimes ruin them too) and yes I do have a facebook page (well two now a new one for the blog here’s the link!) but dont expect minute by minute updates.Back to the movie, if your one of the many who have blasted out a number of jokes taking the rip ut of the idea of a facebook movie, I think you can say this trailer highlights the fact this is a serious movie and if you dont like it tough( with two fingers stuck up at the same time). Honestly I didnt know Facebook started off a website in the exclusive Havard University students a uni that has more secrets to hide than a masonic lodg, a university thats very protective of letting outsiders film there (even if its to give the insitution promotion).
The teasers will audio over images and this trailer is the same but now we get footage along with a vocal version of Radiohead’s creep sang by a choir which I really like, though dont expect a Trent Razor score as its probably not been done yet.So what’s your thoughts on this trailer and movie in general?
The Social Network stars Jesse Esineberg, Andrew Garfield, Justin Timberlake, Rooney Mara, rashida jones and Joeseph Mazella with the movie scheduled to be released on October 15th (October 1st USA).
