No movie of the week but the first movie is EDGE OF DARKNESS, Mel Gibson’s Return to the big screen with thriller which does look decent and based on an award winning BBC Drama of the same name and is also directed by the same director Martin campbell who also done the recent Casino Royale movie , Daniel Craigs introduction to James Bond (and that scene that had women world wide drooling like Homer J Simpson when he cam out of the water only in his swimming pants and a sixpack some girls die for in a man, in my case ill only have a sixpack of irn bru!)

The second movie is PRECIOUS based on a novel by Sapphire. This was the movie that the critics couldn’t stop praising during its time travelling around the 2009 festivals and after 12 months it finally arrive on our shores. The movie is about precious an overweight, illiterate teen who is pregnant with her second child is invited to enroll in an alternative school in hopes that her life can head in a new direction. This is one for the teerjerkers  of you outthere it is a simple story with an complicated background a young girl been abused who just wants to be happy and loved. This is also the movie that shows Mariah Carey can take five minutes out on been a diva and do some acting!!!
