“Turn Him Over!” Watch New Downsizing Clip

Our little planet is getting a bit overcrowded and Alexander Payne’s Downsizing highlights that problem. They might just have a solution to the overpopulation is to make everyone small!

Later this month the sci-fi comedy drama starring Matt Damon will be hoping the life as a small person may just answer the end of stressful life. Paramount Pictures has sent us a new clip called ‘Spatula‘ which reveals part of the journey to becoming a ‘small person’. In this clip, we don’t see Damon or any of the main stars just a Spatula coming useful in a new way of evolution!

Downsizing imagines what might happen if, as a solution to over-population, Norwegian scientists discover how to shrink humans to five inches tall and propose a 200-year global transition from big to small. People soon realize how much further money goes into a miniaturized world, and with the promise of a better life, everyman Paul Safranek (Matt Damon) and wife Audrey (Kristen Wiig) decide to abandon their stressed lives in Omaha in order to get small and move to a new downsized community — a choice that triggers life-changing adventures.
