Last week on Monday Night RAW One of WWE’s beloved tag team’s split-up. Enzo Amore & Big Cass are no more as the duo split. After weeks of mystery surrounding Enzo’s attacker, it was revealed to be long-time tag partner Big Cass.
As the duo have no split and are now seemingly heading into a feud, one has to question; Will the feud pay-off?
Big Cass Heel Turn
In the event of Enzo Amore & Big Cass splitting, Cass subsequently turned heel. This was something many called some time ago, prior to the duo ending their team. Between both superstars it has to be said that Cass is set for a bigger future. While Enzo holds all the talent on the mic, Cass can work steadily in the ring. In addition to this Cass can also hold his own on the mic, something that shall be worked on in the future as well, within the realms of being a heel.
To his credit Cass has so far portrayed a heel strongly. The closing segment between Enzo & Cass last week on RAW was brilliant. The segment truly pulled on the heartstrings of the WWE universe, with a tear in Enzo’s eye we all felt a tad heartbroken.
Now it appears as if Cass’ time is in-fact now. There is no doubt that there is a star in Big Cass as a singles competitor, but WWE must ensure that they squeeze the most out of him in the foreseeable future.
Enzo Amore’s Break-out?
As for Enzo Amore we all know what he is capable of. Perhaps one of WWE’s most charismatic superstars, Amore’s mic skills are brilliant. In recent years there have not been many who can control a live crowd like Amore. However let’s look specifically into another factor, his in-ring work. While not being the best worker in the ring, Enzo has displayed some capability alongside Big Cass.
Now with the duo no longer teaming, one has to wonder how Enzo will fair in singles competition. Undoubtedly WWE shall want to keep Enzo higher in the card for the time-being but what about the future?
Hopefully there is room for Enzo to build himself up as a singles competitor, as he is capable of attaining a place on the card. At this point we shall only be weighing up the future of the Enzo & Big Cass feud and wonder we it shall lead us to.
Do you think WWE should have split Enzo Amore & Big Cass up? How would you book this feud? Let us know……….
