Watch New City Of Tiny Lights TV Spots ‘We All Have Stories,Lies And Secrets’

We all have our stories, lies and secrets“,  This Friday 7th April City Of Tiny Lights will arrive in UK Cinemas Starring Riz Ahmed and Billy Piper. The movie marks the follow up movie for Pete Travis who last brought us the highly underrated big screen version of iconic comic book character Judge Dredd with Dredd. Ahmed stars as Private Investigator Tommy Akhtar investigating the disappearance of a high-end prostitute, finds himself facing his past and a former love. To support the release of the movie, Icon Film Distribution has sent us a brand new TV Spot, introduced by Ahmed himself describing the movie as ‘Classic and Fresh’…

Meet Tommy Akhtar, a devoted son to an ailing father and a deadbeat private eye with a taste for cigarettes and bourbon.

When high-class prostitute Melody walks into Tommy’s office seeking his help, he’s drawn into a murder investigation and a dangerous criminal underworld where he will discover dark secrets from his own past.

Set in West London, CITY OF TINY LIGHTS is written by author Patrick Neate, based on his novel of the same name. It is a unique portrait of contemporary London as a teeming multicultural metropolis where nothing is as it seems.

City Of Tiny Lights will be released in UK&Ireland from Icon Film Distribution on 7th April. Co-starring Billie Piper’s (Penny Dreadful, Yerma) Shelley, his long-lost love. The ensemble cast includes Cush Jumbo (Josephine and I, The Inbetweeners), James Floyd (My Brother The Devil, Everywhere and Nowhere) and Roshan Seth (Indian Summers, My Beautiful Laundrette). Rebecca O’Brien (I, Daniel Blake) produces.
