Annabelle: Creation New UK Trailer Offers Origins Of ‘That Creepy Doll’

It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything from Annabelle that creepy doll from The Conjuring. Now  Seven months on since the Announcement Trailer, now the movie has a new title Annabelle: Creation and we have a new UK trailer too.In the new trailer and the movie’s new title, this will all be about the origins of the doll that will spring plenty of those familiar jump scares…

Some people may wonder why we have a follow-up movie for a spin-off movie that was critically panned, it’s called box office returns, $260 million return. Money talks and this trailer talks plenty of malevolent action to spook you and put your daughter ever wanting a doll again.

In Annabelle: Creation, several years after the tragic death of their little girl, a dollmaker and his wife welcome a nun and several girls from a shuttered orphanage into their home, soon becoming the target of the dollmaker’s possessed creation, Annabelle.

With this been a spin-off from The Conjuring could that Nun, become the nun that scared the living daylights out of Lorraine Warren (Vera Farmiga)? Lights Out Director David F. Sandberg is now handling the directing duties, he’s a rising star in the horror genre. His debut movie was an unexpected hit so we have hope especially when Gary Dauberman who wrote the first movie script has written this one and went onto to write a certain IT script too. This is a origins story, not always a favourite word with critics and fans. Will it tie in with the first movie we don’t know, however, if Sandberg uses some of those tactics from Lights Out all might be forgiven.

Annabelle: Creation is set for 11th August UK, Irish and U.S cinema release. Starring Stephanie Sigman, Talitha Bateman, Lulu Wilson, Philippa Coulthard, Grace Fulton, Lou Lou Safran, Samara Lee, Tayler Buck, Anthony LaPaglia and Miranda Otto.
