Something Haunts Kristen Stewart In New Personal Shopper TV Spot

It had a positive buzz when it played London Film Festival last year and more recently at Glasgow Film Festival, today Icon Film Distribution send us a new Personal Shopper TV Spot. We’re only less than 2 weeks away from Olivier Assayas ghost story mystery starring Kristen Stewart who seems to be haunted by something. But who or is she simply going crazy?

Personal Shopper is an ethereal and mysterious ghost story. Kristen Stewart stars as Maureen, a young American living in Paris and working as a high-fashion personal shopper to the stars. She is also a spiritual medium, and grieving the recent death of her twin brother, haunts his Parisian home, determined to make contact with him.

We caught the movie at Glasgow Film Festival last month, it’s not a straight up ghost story, with some nice twists. When you watch it doesn’t settle in one genre and curiosities keep you watching until the end. Kristen Stewart has certainly now lost her her Twilight skin proven to be a reliable actor, especially in the independent film. Career best? Possibly. The movie has an unsettling tension fuelled tone, a nice twist on modern anxiety.

Personal Shopper is set for an UK & Irish cinema release on 17th March (USA 10th March), co -starring Lars Eidinger, Nora von Waldst├Ątten, Anders Danielsen Lie, Sigrid Bouaziz.
