Roxanne gets a re-release here in the UK on dual format DVD and Blu-Ray from Eureka Entertainment.

Steve Martin stars in this quirky and fun comedy where he falls for a woman who falls for him, for his personality but is also in love with another man for his looks.

I honestly did not have a clue where this film was going, I am so happy I got the chance to watch this film as I can honestly say that I loved it totally. I am pretty ashamed to admit that I hadn’t properly seen this film before . But my parents had an told me I would like it, and I did.

I think it is great that studios are investing in older films like he’s bringing them out for the new generation of film fans to see them and experience what great films there are out there.

Eureka has bee a studio I have loved for a while now and constantly they bring out films I just think I need to have. This was one of those films.Going back to the film. I didn’t realise how funny this film would actually be really enjoyed seeing something a little bit difference my usual type of film

Steve Martin was incredible in this film. Again I am ashamed that I haven’t seen many of his films mainly just seeing Cheaper By The Dozen, which doesn’t say much.None the less I totally loved this film and I think it is for sure one that all film fans need in their stockings this Holiday season.

I will say without a doubt I liked that the film dealt with themes of personality vs looks. Especially giving that the film was made in the 80’s the film still holds up rather well. In fact, I feel that more so now with the rise in social media popularity it’s a chance for people to lose touch on who people really are.

In a very strange way,  I can relate to Roxanne in many ways as I can bet many people reading this can as well. Great film, charming and funny
