Ghostbusters makes its long-awaited return, rebooted with a cast of hilarious new characters. Thirty years after the beloved original franchise took the world by storm, director Paul Feig brings his fresh take to the supernatural comedy. Until now how much different 2016 from the original 1984 version we don’t know what we do know is who we will be calling when strange things happen!
The rebooted Ecto-1 is new modelled on the classic Cadillac Hearse from the original films , ex-ambulance heavily customised. Many people find it easy to judge rather than gives this a chance and Ecto-1 is so well known it’s as if its a character in it’s own right and very few films can say that about an weapon or tool.
This week also saw the release of another international trailer, this time from Japan. There is snippets of new footage including new dialogue with our ladies and their new eye candy assistant Kevin (Chris Hemsworth). You also get a glimpse of the new proton packs in action with a little homage to that classic elevator scene. Just remember kids ‘Ghosts Are Real’!
