“You can’t run from me!” Watch the first clip for Real Steel

Dreamworks have sent The Peoples Movies the first clip from there Robo slobber knocker Real Steel starring Hugh Jackman, Anthony Mackie, Evangeline Lilly, Kevin Durand, Hope Davis, James Rebhorn with Shawn Levy (date night)Real Steel is  a story of a washed out boxer (Jackman) trying to rebuild his life with his son (Dakota Goyo) and he attempts his comeback also to the ring not wearing boxing gloves but controlling a 8foot 2000 pound robot!

In the first clip from the movie  entitled ‘Noisy Boy Vs. Midas’ we see Charlie & son in a middle of a fight with our 8 foot friend up against a 8 foot robot with a mochain hairdo, the short clip shows even when its the robots in the ring you still need the old boxing ring moves to hit the blows! A gritty, white-knuckle, action ride set in the near-future where the sport of boxing has gone high-tech, “Real Steel” stars Hugh Jackman as Charlie Kenton, a washed-up fighter who lost his chance at a title when 2000-pound, 8-foot-tall steel robots took over the ring. Now nothing but a small-time promoter, Charlie earns just enough money piecing together low-end bots from scrap metal to get from one underground boxing venue to the next. When Charlie hits rock bottom, he reluctantly teams up with his estranged son Max (Dakota Goyo) to build and train a championshipcontender. As the stakes in the brutal, no-holds-barred arena are raised, Charlie and Max, against all odds, get one last shot at a comeback. 

“Real Steel” is directed by Shawn Levy (“Night at the Museum” franchise and “Date Night”).

“Real Steel” is an action drama about a former boxer (Hugh Jackman) who, against all odds,  gets one last shot at a comeback when he teams up with his estranged son (Dakota Goyo) to build and train the perfect contender for the new high-tech sport of robot boxing.
