A Second Trailer For Tarsem Singh’s IMMORTALS

Tarsem Singh’s epic Greek God Mythology flick IMMORTALS has released a second trailer. For those  who loved 300 this movie will be right down your alley and the new trailer really gets into the movies action scenes and frankly what the Clash of The Titans 2010 remake should have been like. Singh is known for his visually fantastic visuals and you can beat he will bring his visual eye to this movie but hopefully a bit more of a story too, as for Superman Henry Cavill this movie will do introduce him to more American audiences but as acting ability people will take with a grain of salt and realise Immortals is not a Oscar winning movie at least on Best actor awards.

The movie has come from the strangest of sources in Ryanseacrest.com who may not be as well know in UK as he is in the States, to many in this country he maybe remembered as the former host of US Pop Idol which is shown in UK on ITV2 usually at weekends. IMMORTALS you can guarantee will a movie for big action and stunning visuals, hopefully a story to accompany it , with 5 months to go (11th November 2011, 11-11-11) this wont be the last trailer and as usual probably around October (maybe September) The UK trailer may surface.

IMMORTALS stars Henry Cavill, Stephen Dorff, Isabel Lucas, Freida Pinto, Luke Evans, Kellan Lutz, John Hurt, and Mickey Rourke.

Visionary director Tarsem Singh (The Cell, The Fall) and producers Gianni Nunnari (300), Mark Canton (300) and Ryan Kavanaugh (The Fighter) unleash an epic tale of treachery, vengeance and destiny in Immortals, a stylish and spectacular 3-D adventure. As a power-mad king razes ancient Greece in search of a legendary weapon, a heroic young villager rises up against him in a thrilling quest as timeless as it is powerful. The brutal and bloodthirsty King Hyperion (Mickey Rourke) and his murderous Heraklion army are rampaging across Greece in search of the long lost Bow of Epirus. With the invincible Bow, the king will be able to overthrow the Gods of Olympus and become the undisputed master of his world. With ruthless efficiency, Hyperion and his legions destroy everything in their wake, and it seems nothing will stop the evil king’s mission. As village after village is obliterated, a stonemason named Theseus (Henry Cavill) vows to avenge the death of his mother in one of Hyperion’s raids. When Theseus meets the Sybelline Oracle, Phaedra (Freida Pinto), her disturbing visions of the young man’s future convince her that he is the key to stopping the destruction. With her help, Theseus assembles a small band of followers and embraces his destiny in a final desperate battle for the future of humanity.
